We generally complete the verification for each of your customers within five minutes from the submission of the session.
The verification session will timeout if your customer has not completed the verification within five minutes of starting it. If the customer stops the process at any point, refreshes the browser's website or if the session expires (after 5 minutes), they have to restart the verification process.
Webhook notifications are sent immediately after the necessary action has been taken (verification is accessed or decision is made).
When the HTTP response from the customer's side is a non-200-OK status code, then Veriff keeps trying to deliver the decision about once an hour for up to 7 days, or until a successful delivery - whichever is earlier.
