In order to request a new password, please go to the login page of Veriff Station.From the login page, choose "Forgot password?".
There, fill in your email and click on "send".
An email should be sent to you with further instructions.
If you have for example changed your phone and need to get a new 2FA turn to one of your colleagues who has the Admin role. The Admin should navigate to Settings → Manage users → click on the 3 dots on the right of the users name → Reset 2FA.
Once that is done, log in to the Veriff Station with your password and simply scan the new QR code.
